About the Course

Successful leaders and entrepreneurs agree that experience is the best teacher. Since it is often difficult to fully simulate a corporate environment within a classroom, this program gives equal importance to professional work experience and academic rigor.

After a foundational first semester that prepares students for professional life, the next five semesters are structured around daily work experience in a mentor-mentee model, as an intern or management trainee, alongside continued academic learning.

This ensures a balanced routine of industry immersion, classroom education, and student life, enabling students to build experience, ethics, and industry knowledge during the course itself.

The Work-Study Advantage

This program is built on the philosophy of learning by doing, giving equal importance to academic curriculum and real-world work experience.

• Professional Immersion (3 Hours Daily): Students spend their mornings at partner industry workplaces within 30 minutes of campus.
• Rotational Experience: Each semester involves working with a different industry partner across domains such as HR, Operations, Sales, and AI Analytics.
• Academic Integration (5 Hours Daily): Afternoons are dedicated to classroom learning aligned with real-world challenges faced during internships.

By graduation, students gain approximately two and a half years of practical work experience, making them workforce-ready ahead of their peers.

Course Structure

• Semester 1: Business fundamentals, communication, personal organization, and AI tools for Business Strategy & Innovation (ChatGPT, Bard, Zapier, Notion AI, Canva, Miro).
• Semester 2: Foundations of Accounting, HR, and Operations, along with AI tools for Agentic AI & No-Code Workflows (Bubble, Glide, Make, Airtable, Zapier, Voiceflow).
• Semester 3: Sales, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and AI-powered Marketing & Branding tools (Midjourney, Copy.ai, Jasper, Adobe Firefly, Flick).
• Semester 4: Business Models, Entrepreneurship, Research, and AI tools for Financial Strategy & Forecasting (Power BI, Pigment, Datarails, Excel AI, ChatGPT Advanced Data Analysis).
• Semester 5: Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Law, Ethics, IP, with Operations & Supply Chain Intelligence tools (AnyLogistix, IBM Watson, UiPath, Tableau, Google OR-Tools).
• Semester 6: Business Networking, Financial Products, International Business, and building AI-powered businesses using tools like Figma, Claude, Typeform, and ChatGPT APIs/Agents.

The Value Proposition

AI with Miles Education: The AI component is delivered in partnership with Miles Education, known for industry-relevant, employable curriculum. Students also earn the Miles Certified AI Ready Business Analyst credential upon completion.

Communication Proficiency: The program emphasizes communication skills as a key employability factor, enabling students to reach at least IELTS Band 6 level without additional preparation.
