Effectively communicating resources do not need micro-managing and they also come up with ideas and solutions. They even suggest what needs to be implemented in better decision making.  The training sessions focus on all the key aspects necessary for the students.

Life Skills

Life skills describe basic abilities acquired through direct life experience or learning.  They help us handle issues and problems often encountered in daily life. The students should be able to manage stress, understand interpersonal relationships, able to do problem solving and decision making, should be having empathy and sympathy and the awareness given to them will be helpful to them forever.
